Training and seminar for users of gamma-ray spectrometry

26-28 September 2023

The training event (26.9.2023) and the seminar (27-28.9.2023), relevant to all gamma spectrometry practitioners in the Nordic countries, was held in Finland in STUK’s new building. Detailed information is available at the GammaWiki site (http://halla.gr.is/wiki/GammaWiki/index.php/GammaSkill_2023). Especially students and younger scientists were encouraged to attend.

 The scope was broad allowing a range of topics in gamma-ray spectrometry to be addressed from basic to advanced aspects. High-level international experts were invited in the seminar to give talks on selected topics and challenges in gamma-ray spectrometry.
